• To be able to identify the characteristics of a clinically-driven individualized treatment plan​

• To understand how individualized treatment plans can be used as a therapeutic tool and lead to better outcomes ​

• To improve the quality of treatment plans to meet NAC 458 and Division Criteria standards ​

• To improve the quality of care for the clients ​
